Florastor AND probiotic bacteria

Has anyone ever used florastor ALONG with other probiotics that have bifido and lacto in it? I know florastor works wonders from what i hear but the effects stop a couple days after discontinuation. I am wondering if anyone has used the idea of clearing out the bad bacteria and candida with florastor while replenishing their normal healthy flora through other top notch probiotics.

The die off is a bit crazy for me when i take natren probiotics but i see results. But its almost counterintuitive to put in more good bacteria and cause a bigger war in my intestines, instead of nuking the enemy and then going in for the final kill (AKA florastor). Tweet
