Re: New member, can anyone tell me how to clear food intolerances? New and many intolerances developed/ing.
I make bread rolls with grain that I grind myself together with organic white flour. I use brown
Sugar and olive oil in it, & a small amount of
Sea Salt ...I react to the Chloride.
I keep most of them in the freezer and take out 2 or 3 & put them in the frige. When I am ready to eat them I take one (my breakfast) cut it in half and warm it in the toaster oven. I top it with olive oil and Organic Peanut Butter. Smucker's make an Organic Pnut Butter. I also make Oatmeal cookies with my whole wheat or Organic Rye flour, olive oil and 1/3 cup of brown sugar. The recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar!!, but that is not necessary, the 1/3 cup does just fine. I also may add a handfull of Organic Raisins.
Supper is a crap shoot. I exist on Potatoes and finding Glutamate free potatoes is a Huge Problem, since Organic growers are using it on everything. I bought some Organic Rice and it goes well. There are some of those "Natural" brands of chicken which are OK. However, even that is not a sure thing. I bought some boneless, skinless thighs and they went OK. I bought some drumsticks with skin and they didn't go well. I had some pork chops that were OK, but the next package of them was Not.
Occasionaly I have green beans & okra from my garden, or whatever grows...not much luck here in Florida even with raised beds. I nibble on the dandelions and purselane in the back yard.
