Wow Kairae, I have some of those problems.
I react to MSG, citric acid , Chloride and a few other things, but the big problem is the MSG=Free Glutamate and citric acid .
Preceding the muscles twitchines/restlessnes I become very cold. When both these pass I get roaring in the head with varying discomfort and I sleep-a long bad sleep and the histamine that has been released tears up my body. My heart hurts, my ears hurt,my muscles hurt, my brain has a burning sensation.

All Growers, including Organic, seem to be using a Ferilizer made from HYDROLYZED Protein. This process spilts the protein molecule and so there is all this Free Glutamate which is a Neurotoxin. It stimulates nerves until they die. It also stimulates and stresses the Plant that ingests it.
In self defence for the survival of their seeds they put their all into growing bigger roots or fruit, or however they propagate.

We are not even getting into all the pesticides & herbicides that are used.

When a sensitive person like you or I eats it we get the dose of Glutamate and our system goes bonkers. This also include those Organic processers. citric acid will have the same effect as the Glutamate.

Meat processors are now using Citric Acid on all meats.
Basicly this leavs us nothing to eat.

Some of the symptoms are:The exact mechanism of acute reactions to excess free glutamate and aspartate is currently being debated. As reported to the FDA, those reactions include:(5) Headaches/migraines, nausea, abdominal pains, fatigue (blocks sufficient glucose entry into brain), sleep problems, vision problems, anxiety attacks, depression, and asthma/chest tightness.

From various sites I have gathered this on Citric Acid:
Citric Acid has bee used for years in Jams, Jellies and canned Fruit.
It is anti-bacterial & and anti-oxidant.

Recently the FDA approved Citric Acid for use in meat processing. You cannot buy meat that has not been washed/soaked in Citric Acid.

However........
More recently it can be found in almost everything. That and Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and Aspartame.
MSG and Aspartame are well known for being neurotoxins.

Little has been published about Citric Acid also being Neurotoxin.
Research on the subject only discusses its toxicity in blood transfusions.
Now then, if it can be toxic when infused into the blood would it not also be toxic when ingested?

Citric Acid binds with calcium and magnesium. It causes low calcium levels.
So it causes low calcium levels, which is very bad, and yet it now proliferates in our food.
Low calcium levels can cause a variety of maladies from seizures to death.

Signs of Citric Acid Poisoning are:
Tetany, seizures, cardiac failure,
Acral numbness, tingling, feeling of tenseness or tightness of muscles and a sense of twitchiness.
Cardiac effects may include bradycardia and decreased cardiac output, & asystol atrial hypotension, as well as complete failure and death.

My mother nearly died from Citric Acid toxicity during a blood transfusion, as she was recovering from surgery.
