First off if it was really perforated they would have kept you in there.
Appendicitis can almost always be fixed without surgery.

Dowsing says you have systemic Trichinosis and that is the cause of the Appendicitis and it is not perforated. Unfortunately they have no cure for systemic Trichinosis, but a Rife machine can handle this:
