Re: Breast cancer causes
One thing I've learned over the last few years is that detoxing the body DOES detox the mind. On io-sup we've had many, many reports of emotional issues, mood swings, etc. Nightmares. Anger. Supporting the body with frequent pauses, maintaining bowel and kidney health, eating a clean, nutritious diet are of paramount importance, as is having a healthy outlet for dark thoughts and aggressions.
People have reported the most disgusting nightmares imaginable, the kind of nightmares where one feels guilty upon awakening..."yikes! Those dreams are MINE????"
Clean mind in a clean body. I don't see that it would be possible to think one's way out of a potentially life-threatening illness if the toxins that are causing the illness are still in place...which brings us around to the fact that once one has brought oneself to a place of equilibrium, physically, then the mind is also much healthier.
Just as I don't think that there is a quick way to restore health after years of imbalance or poisoning, I don't think that a mere acknowledgement or recognition of triggering events will effect a cure...on a mental level(which would supposedly effect a cure on the physical).
But then again there's spontaneous remission:)
I would not want to lay my bets on that happening though. The odds would seem to be more in favor of those willing to address the physical and make some changes. Permanent changes.
