That is something that cannot be done over the internet. Your best bet would be to have your parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels checked first.

Also I still get the red feet after a bath, they look like theyve been scolded, and if I take large dose vitamin E I dont get that! So the E is helping with something?

Sounds like the heat is causing your blood vessels to over dilate. Vitamin E can help prevent this because it supports the endothelial cells of blood vessels helping them to maintain proper tone.
