 Also noticed on my test results I was very low in sodium also. High in calcium, low in vitamin D. Dont no the link between these 3. But high protein (high meat) lead to high urine frequency, hair loss, and all the rest, which has never changed tbh.

 

Low sodium can result from vomiting, diarrhea, kidney or liver problems, too much water and vasopressin deficiencies.

High protein intake can also lead to calcium displacement, especially red meats. This also puts the kidneys at risk for damage, especially if you are not drinking enough water. And the high protein also puts more stress on the liver due to the increased ammonia load.
