A fellow nutritional Science junkie I see!

You are right about raw egg-yolks. And whole egg for that matter. Recommended by both Shelley and Dr Mercola. Great source of usable protein and lecithin and fats I guess.

If you are interested in lipid peroxidation then do you use L-carnitine at all (which apparently escorts fatty acids into mitochondira to be used as fuel)?
