...I already did it! :o) it actually wasn't very hard at all and I experienced no nausea whatsoever. I didn't spread it out either like that one protocol suggests, just downed it tablespoon by tablespoon - coconut, olive, and flax oils - until 32 were gone! Does that mean you admire me for the rest of your life? ;o)
As for the kinds of fat I eat - olive oil, coconut oil (not that often - I don't like the taste very much), flaxseed oil, Udo's choice, this fake (non-hydrogenated) butter product, canola or safflower mayonnaise (I've been liking the safflower a lot more), fat from the animal products I eat, occasionally 'normal' butter... that's all I can think of offhand. As often as possible, non-oxidized (not fried) oils and never trans-fats.
