Re: Symptoms of hypoglycemia with normal blood sugar readings
Thankyou all.
What would the general consensus regarding meal times and distance between meals be?
for example generally the more you eat in one sitting, the longer you can 'last' before having another. I see this as possibly being detrimental as although you get the feeling of more distance between meals, you would have probably taken a big jolt in blood
Sugar and then insulin from consuming all that food.
I'm going to try increasing the frequency of my eating and lower the quantity at each sitting. I fell into the trap of eating lots so I wouldn't have to eat again soon, but realise this is probably detrimental, and only goes to further damage insulin recepters and maintain high circulating insulin.
Food sensitivites are a nightmare. Once I'm clear on what I can and can't eat, I plan to start a few supplements such as Chromium, B vitamins, Glycerine, L-glutamine, vitamin C, EFA's/EPA's etc
