Re: Symptoms of hypoglycemia with normal blood sugar readings

Most definately. I've been hypoglycemic for 20+ years and have monitored my Sugar readings for about 10 years. And, often readings are not condusive with how one feels, it is more of an adrenal issue. But, I had hypoglycemic in my early 20's, from starving myself and than going on binges of sweets. I was 5'9 tall and weighed 120 lbs. way to thin for my height. I also did not eat much protein or the good fats.
Stress later added to my already hypoglycemic body and compounded over years, leading to adrenal fatigue. I was also a secretary for many years and was an adventure seeker, from snow skiing to mountain climbing and cave exploration. My body just could not handle this life style any longer.
Your glucose numbers are not in the USA are they?
They are of a different from glucose monitor reading in the US. Normally, blood Sugar reading is the highest about 2 hours after a meal. Once in a while I will wake up
in the middle of the night feeling a burst of heat and often accompanied with a bad dream, this is usually a sign that my blood Sugar is dropping to much. I than check the reading and eat a snack and resume sleep again.
Take care. Everyone has to be familiar with their own body signals and readings, as each is different.
