thanks! come to think of it, I did not use the large leaves, just a plate or the special stone weight in the saurkraut crock.

Funny you should mention burdock, I just saw it in the h. food store the other day, very fresh. I had no idea what to do with it, so I didn't buy it.

My husband has been making parsley tea, for some reason it grew like crazy in our garden after it got cold and we had several frosts, it seems to actually like it.
