I did get a serum blood cortisol level checked at the doctor's recently and it was 10.5 at noon. He said that was normal, but of course who knows what it is at night. I can't exactly afford to do the online 24 hour cortisol test, so perhaps I should just start trying the cortisol lowering supplements and see if it helps. What do you think?
