Perhaps this may help: anitidepresents should not be taken before bed time...they should be taken early in the day. I had a severe leg discomfort/jerking/uncomfortable sensation and my doctor called it 'Restless Leg Syndrome' and prescribed 'Miripex' that I take every night.
