Okay - so if one owns a frequency generator, using 666 will bring the body (over time and use, I assume) back to 7.83. What would the consequences be if one used the same FG while applying 7.83z?

There is no consequence, but the higher frequencies drive the energy through the body easier by reducing resistance. This is why we use the 666hz as opposed to 7.83hz.
