Many, but a primary frequency of 7.83hz. Same primary frequency of the Earth and of ozone.

Does it change during the day, during the lifetime or circumstances, diet, etc.?

The primary frequency can change with disease.

Does the Rife machine kills bugs by their frequencies or another frequency?

Rife thought the machines worked by vibrating apart the pathogens. But this did not explain a lot of the other things we saw such as pain relief and nerve regeneration. Turns out the the machines were actually working by bringing the body back to its normal 7.83hz  frequency.
