Too early in my apo-Lactoferrin trial to say anything meaningful, but since you asked ...

The first day I didn't notice anything.
The second day (yesterday) my brain fog was a little worse.
This morning I can hardly walk the dizziness is so strong.

My early thoughts are Lactoferrin has a somewhat delayed killing process, and now on the 3rd day I am experiencing significant die-off. Can't really say more than that at this stage.
