Thanks to you and the many people here, so encouraging, this is what I needed to take my first steps. Scarey sorta, but so exciting....kinda like taking a journey to the unknown. Okay maybe that sounded silly:) anyways yet to be seen, what ever comes out of my body. I am sorta in a better mood, I have hope that I will see a brigter day, each day. I have not felt hopeful in such a long time. I can't wait til my package of B & P comes in. The store only had liquid Bentonite. I could not find the clay bath ones. Where do I find the probiotics? So I take the B&P for how ever long....then after I take the probiotics? Is this with The Master Cleanse or alone. I thought since I am waiting for the package I could go ahead and do the liver flush. Is it okay to do so ahead of the others. I read you must do the parasite cleanse (clarkia?) or zapping( still need info on this one, sounds like it would hurt.) Anyway is these a must or can I just take the liver flush? Sorry for the many Questions. I am trying to find my answers on them, It takes time, a lot of post here:) I will read up on Tiratu, Excelrye and Spoke's post. Thanks for sharing.
