Thanks for sharing it with us.
You have made me want to try even harder to get my body going in the right direction, (Sometimes I tend to slacken off way too much.)
I am going to keep on with the parasite cleans and candida cleans, coz I think I passed one of those cottony things that you mentioned without realizing what it was.
