Tell your partner you have Herpes. If you use protection you shouldn't transfer the virus. If you have an outbreak just don't have sex at all until it's clear.

You would be surprised how many people don't care if you have Herpes and will have unprotected sex with you as long as you are not in the middle of an outbreak.

But, what the heck! Do the Beck Protocol 2 hours a day with religion for at least 5 months. I chose 6 months because some times I don't use it for a couple days at at time when I am unable due to schedules.

No promise here but after a month or two you should start seeing noticeable improvements in your overall health.
