Ive read some of your other posts - so, are you free of it now? Have you been tested again for the antibodies?

Im also confused about how reliable the tests are which show up the antibodies.

I mean - i understand that it shows you must have come in to contact at some time, if the antibodies are there. I dont understand why people think this means you HAVE the virus........

For example, ive read that when a baby is in the womb it inherits the mothers antibodies...so will have a good chance of not getting herpes during delivery

BUt, if this baby was to take the test that I did (the one which showed antibodies to HSV2) it would test positive - yet it wouldnt have herpes!



Falconfresh - I think I am going to do what you do. Dedicate time to my self to try get rid of it properly...........

In the meantime, when I have a relationship - how is the best way to go about mentioning it?
