Re: copper elimination

"Copper toxicity is associated with mental and emotional symptoms including anxiety, depression, mood swings, panic disorder, crying spells and even a type of schizophrenia."

(great post Newport) - this happens to a lot of women I know.
I wonder if it is the wrong type of copper, like the copper spiral for instance or copper pipes/drinking water; it is not balanced.

It is all about balance; The year when I became hypo T I consumed a lot of raw cocoa nibs + green tea (= bromide, copper, fluoride.)
Together with next to no Iodine in my diet I think it was part of the reason for its onset.
So not to much, but in balance with zinc and the other minerals.
