Re: copper elimination
Good find Newport! Thank you so much for that information, that does help!
The link that I gave in the post above, about insomnia and copper...has books by Paul Eck and Larry Wilson in it's bookstore:

They said they were a lab that does not wash the hair like many labs do for the hair analysis.
I've accidently been doing some things right without knowing it...except for what it said about the Vitamin C, and that one I'm not so sure of because of the High Lead.
I know, it's about getting it in balance--which the Toxic copper information said can take even a couple of years to do...
>>>The Time Factor
Six months to several years may be re-quired to correct a copper imbalance, de-pending on the severity of the copper toxicity problem.>>>
But the Klinghardt stuff was saying he has found copper deficiencies in almost all Lyme patients...
But Lead would also have to be addressed (which is what I'm using the ascorbic acid for)...I know, DMSA chelates Lead, but can't be used if dental messes are still a factor for mercury.
And Lead in the bones can take years to chelate.
>>>Lead Toxicity
A low tissue copper level is frequently as-sociated with an elevated lead level. It has been established that lead blocks copper en-zymatic reactions. The blocking of enzymatic reactions has serious ramifications on many of life's most vital processes such as;
• normal functioning of the Krebs Cycle,
• production of biogenic amines such as dopamine, adrenalin, nor-adrenalin and serotonin,
• formation of thyroxin and
• production of the amino acid lysine, etc.
