Re: NEWS: 'Sweatbox' borrows from long tradition that's difficult to emulate

I think sweating is very cleansing and good for us but for people who's bodies are lacking in enough alkaline minerals, it can create all sorts of health problems, if you keep losing more and more mineral salts through ones sweat.

I do believe we experience that good cleansing feeling of sweating right after we do it but many times later on it will follow with fatigue that does not go away easily.

I have found that once our body starts receiving the amounts of alkalizing minerals needed and we are not constanting fighting a deficit, all our muscles with take and use what it needs to be balanced and eliminate the excess.

We will know this when our muscles all start behaving themselves. We won't have aches/pains or muscles pulling wrong. Until our bodies are not scrambling to find enough alkaline minerals to balance out the excess acids that are either already in our bodies, or what acids we over eat, we will continue to show signs of deficency by the aches/pains of our bodies.

So if we are healthy, sweating can be a natural cleansing process....unhealthy and it complicates matters. IMHO
