You know Grz, I would have loved being able to say that I regained my health by eating high brix, in season foods but I can't say that's how it all happened.

I healed using the drink and baths, with a small amount of high brix/in season foods. When I first started this I was already eating by the blood type diet for type A, which comes close to being vegetarian. So I can't give credit to that helping....that is when I started having problems.

Learning about NPN and High brix/in season foods was an eye opener...it explained why I was not getting well on a vegetarian diet.
