I keep wondering what another fast would be like...

...if the water was consumed at 4 ounces every hour on the hour, with only one drop of magnascent taken with said *treated water.

*And, of course, treated water means that it contains 1/4 tsp (daily total) of tri-salts, and 1/4 tsp of RealSalt per quart.

I'm thinking of Edgar Cayce 's statement of body's need for only water, salt, soda (tri-salts?), and Iodine - necessary for our consumption and the fact that anything ELSE we might need can be manufactured by those four things. (Which, I assume, the body would then even be able to produce Vitamin C and selenium as well).
