Thank you. I am a born vegetarian and eat mostly raw foods, but occassionally eat cooked foods. I do take probiotics and HCL tablets which has helped me with both reflux and the cyst on my kidney.
Rebounding is something I have not tried, which I have heard has helped a lot of people.
Where can I find about proper food combining? Mostly when I eat a fruit, that is the only thing I eat and do not combine with anything and same thing for nuts. My salads do have things combined that I do not know are the right combination or not.
Also 1 meal day plan sounds like I can benefit from, but would love to know what you eat to get most nutrients one needs in a day.
