Van! Well...that seems rather coincidental that just before you released this bizarre tube thing (could be a parasite!!!) you had those parasite dreams! Maybe your dream was telling you that you need to get these free-loading buggers out of you...in order to be healthy (spiritually...Fish always point to either your spirituality or how you navigate emotions/subconscious - because they swim in Water - Golden Fish signify that you have a special Healing power within you...that wants to get back inside you...but maybe until you release other old emotions, physical gunk, parasites...you won't be able to use your full Spiritual Power!?)

Yip! It might just make sense to you...
