oh Donna thankyou so much Really you have touched me in so many ways. My major support has been running to the computer.
My husband to be just came in the room and said that if I am still doing this( the posts) after the fast he's going to have to call in the mental health people.
ya tommorrow is Valentines here and instead of chocolate this year I am going to be having my last day of lemon drink!!!
Alot of different feelings
I am so happy that I did this life changeing in so many ways
I am a little sad that my tongue is only about 1/4 pink
I am a little scared of eating and going at it like I used to
gaining the weight back...
having to live my life with food again after all my issues with it
my hopw is that I've lern tto eat to live instead of living to eat.
wow 40 is only a sleep away
