Re: leg cramps and vitamin E

I so vouch for the Seasalt when it comes to cramps, of the cold feet variety that is. It can make your feet warm in less than a week. No passion killer socks in bed anymore. If it can do that, what other good things is it doing in your body.

I now get cramps from being too hot, you just can't win can you lol. I think this is dehydration, and i always keep a big glass of water next to bed, and water does seem to relieve it.

Another time i got severe cramps and leg pains it was helped with a tiny bit of calcium. I think that was caused from going mad on magnesium, i was taking mag citrate and mag taurate, without any calcium and i think i caused an imbalance.

This was the worst cramps ever, in the thigh, really painful, hands cramping up during the day, just taking hold of say a glass or filling a kettle.

It seems there is so many different reasons for cramps. I'm also hypo, and cramps can be a symptom apparently.

I have never heard of taking vit E for cramps. A couple of years ago i was getting hair in the sink while combing hair. I read about E for hair loss and started taking it, and the hair loss stopped.

I've read that nocturnal cramps are using cal or mag deficiency or balance, and exercise ones are potassium or sodium, or dehydration.
