Ps try to get the mixed tocopherols, or Gamma E. I would take at least 3 daily for a week or two together with oils ( olive or coconut ) for a quick relief.
I would also combine the vit E with a good zinc supplement; as these two work together.
Both low circulation and leg cramps can be a simple vit E deficiency, but usually there are other imbalances involved,too.
The dry brushing Wombat mentioned is great for your condition, you may also combine it with hot-cold showers; this also awaken your spirit; I do this when I feel down.
