one of the links worked, but the one that didn't - just to clarify - the person is saying salt loading could be making FBD worse? Loading seems to imply a lot of salt, but I was only adding maybe an extra 1/2 tsp. a day, max, in water. Just that was giving me "salt flushes" for awhile. Brownstein told me to add 1 1/2 tsp. a day.
I just ordered a blender and the raw food guy I bought it from says they do a tsp. of Himalayan salt in 8 oz. of water every morning.
