Re: Maybe O/T, but foot cramps related to iodine?

I think you nailed it:

"blood stagnation and poor circulation from sitting so much for work, being generally less active the past few months because of some pretty extreme fatigue and all that is just now catching up with me at once"

You do medical transcription, is that correct? So you;re sitting at a keyboard for long periods of time...

A few suggestions- get a balance ball chair:

Take frequent breaks.

Get a body brush and start dry brushing- remember- towards the heart.

Get some el-cheapo pedicure toe-separators, similar to "yoga toes" but a lot less pricey. When you are relaxing on the couch in the evening, use them- they work.

Get some exercise- plain old walking is excellent. Check your local craigslist for a walking group near you- winter is coming soon, I know a lot of malls let people walk them in the early AM:)

And, last but not least, yes, Iodine supping could have something to do with your aches and pains. How long have you been supping iodine? Seems like a long time to still be salt loading. I know Dr B is big on salt but we get salt in our food... I suggest stopping the salt. Read this:

You need to tend to your lymphatic system, IMO:)
