It sounds like you and I are using this time for the same thing. I am changing my perspective of how food is to be used, and why I used it the way I did in the past. I have alot of habits to break, and I find that mainstream works against us. Just look at all the convenient fast foods for those of us who are on the go. Oh wait, did I just describe all of us???? We need to not buy into the huge portions, the cheese on top of cheese, dairy on top of Sugar attitude that seems to permeat our every day existence. Does that meant I'm going to forgo my Starbucks?? Not completely, but I'll use it more as a treat than an everyday necessity. I was drinking sometimes 4 lattes a day, brought by friends who knew how little sleep I was getting. Worked great for the emotional aspect of things but.....
Anyways, I'm glad for all of us that we found this forum. It creates a semi safe haven where we can get the empathetic support of others in the same shoes.
