Re: I am a casualty of failure to do my own homework

It was very easy to get sucked in. After all, when you're not feeling well and mainstream medical merely wants you to stay on pharmaceuticals for the rest of your life because they can't tell you what's wrong, they can only tell you how to mask it, you start to feel like you're crazy. So, when one of your many symptoms is horrendous heartburn and you hear "alkalize the acid" you think, hey, sounds logical. Acid is burning my insides. Well, you know how it goes from there. I'm a lead with your heart girl, but I am certainly old enough to know that you should investigate with your head, so shame on me. So now I don't have any use for my refractometer, test strips, etc. Other than the refractometer looks pretty cool on display in my home office - being I'm not scientific and all :o)

So maybe Hv should post my story to its own original thread so people can read my "testimonial." It seems kinda lost in this thread. And, I'll admit, even though I should have posted it earlier, I didn't like the tone of the individual questioning Hv. Their motive seemed less than genuine curiosity. So I posted it. An honor thing, if you will.

And finally, perhaps we should all refer to their success stories as testical-monials 'cause it all sure is nuts!
