Maybe stop the homeopathies, they require an immune reaction which a Lyme person just can not muster.

I would try low dose frequent chelation to remove some Lead and add ezymes to start.

Coffee enema, Triphalla and water soluble fiber. The new Cdn Benefibre will do for now with some fresh AJ or if not then the tetra packs must have a 1/2 tsp of Ascorbic Acid added for +1 hr to kill the mold.

Perhaps TMG to lower Homocysteine levels...

Niacinamide to get rid off the allergies.

Find an ND to help you past this hump.
