I just received an email saying that my package shipped today, yay.

I thought I would do the liver flush this next couple of weeks before my trip, but now I'm having second thoughts. OK, I'm chicken. I've read some posts on the liver flush and this forum and some people really have it bad on their first flush.

I have to finish quite a bit of work before my trip, so it looks like I can't set aside a whole day (the weekends are packed already!) to do the full flush. Has anyone done a mini liver flush before without the use of an enema or colonic? Will it suffice? I just want to clear my liver up a bit before I start my trip (which will involve a lot of eating yummy Japanese food!), but I don't want to do anything drastic (esp. given it's the first time so I can't predict how my body will react to it) that may leave me out of work over the next 2 weeks, or even worse, too weak to enjoy my trip!

Given that I'm rather small in size, can I take a small dosage of epsom salts so I won't feel tooooo bad?
