Hmm... wonder why I have a congested liver? I do remember doing a blood test at least 5 years ago and the doctor said I have relatively high blood cholesterol levels. I almost didn't believe him, cos I was in my mid-twenties then and skinny (I'm petite - 5'3" and about 100 lbs). Maybe it's due to all the late nights I used to work...

Chaya, good to know your gut has been shrinking! ;) How many bowel movements do you have on average in a day? I'm trying to gather more information before I start so when I do, I will know what is/is not normal. Hope I won't have to run to the bathroom all day at work!!
