Hi Maya,

Just a few weeks ago, I was only having a few bowel movements per week - three, maybe four. I am passing everyday just now, at least once, if not twice, sometimes three per day.

I understand, from what I have read, that a truly healthy digestive system should deliver a bowel movement for each meal eaten.

However, I am sure that even on the days when I have three, it is merely because, right now, a lot of old is getting cleaned out.

For instance, this morning's bowel movement (which I count as only one) was actually a triple voiding, meaning it came in three separate trips to the toilet, 10-15 minutes apart.
