*big* congratulations on your water fast.
it really does take time to regain your energy afterwards. i've done 4-day, 26-day, 14-day, 36-day-to-completion and recently another 14-day. it always takes me *at least* half the time i fasted to recover. of course, i have been fasting for healing, so there's always a lot going on for me...
after my first extended fast, which i had to end prematurely due to circumstances and so was in a deep state of healing, i had big problems refeeding. i was kinda disappointed that it took so long to feel better - but there it is: that's the way it rolls ;)
you have to be super kind and super gentle with yourself over the next few days and rest whenever you need to. one of the main tenets of
Water Fasting is rest which can be - ermm - boring.
i hear you about not wanting to do another long water fast. it is a very different experience to juice fasting (although i've only ever done 5-day juice fasts) because
Water Fasting doesn't just interrupt your life, it *is* your life.
i promise you that your energy will return g-r-a-d-u-a-l-l-y and then you will feel completely amazing ;)
