Ironicly it could be many ...besides spirochetes...and tinitus can be cause from other infections besides LYME .

Babesia microti , theileria microti , FRY BUG( fry lab can test you for that ) , bartonella-cat scratch fever , many protozoas and many parasites as well -when they are way too active ..can do that .Only a parasite cleansing and some row food will not eradicate them.
