Greetings Archus,
I must commend you on being a vegatarian since birth! So is my 7 yr old. He tells me he will be a raw fooder when he grows up!! Gotta love it!
I have been raw for over 3 years and I belong to several raw communities. What I learned during my humble beginnings is that even if one is a vegatarian there are still alot of toxins accumalated in the system. Once anyone decides to go raw they are in the process of eliminating toxins and increasing live emzynes in the body. This is great stuff. However, if you are eliminating toxins you are detoxing! Now detoxing comes with a price because this is the process where you are getting rid of old cravings and mucous build up within the body, to name a couple of the things that are going on.
Archus with that said what may very well be happening with you is detox. Vegetarians have many types of diets. The main thing in common is MOST of them do not eat meat. Some eat dairy. Some eat processed foods...eventhough they may come from the local health food store. Some cook with canola oil...for example. I could go on but I think you might get where I am comming from. The main point I am making is that now regardless of what type of vegetarian you were you are now experiencing the wonderful world of raw. It is a journey. You are in the process of detoxing whatever it was you were eating before that you are not eating now. These things may have aided the masking of conditions that you may not have realized were there all along. You are now eating on a cellular level. All living emzynes you are eating are now connecting with the living emzymes that are already in your body. You are eating totally raw. You have now given these guys permission to no longer cover for any conditions but to help heal and reverse them. So by following orders you body is now working on more important aspects of healing and your tinnitus, pain, runny nose or whatever else has to wait in line as this is truly a process that you will have to embrace NATURALLY if you are to succeed to ultimum health which is the goal. In other words what you are going through is detox and detox is not always pretty. It is different for each individual and if you are truly serious about a lifetime change towards the best of health it takes about 3 years to fully detox. Again this depends upon the person. Each person is different. It took me 2 years to eliminate mucous from my nose and chest. In the process I got extremely sick (flu like symptoms) for a week after starting my journey and twice in a year. Extreme eczema attack which took a year to clear up. And a severe glandular disease that I am now permenantly cured from.
Just remember everyone is different but we all go through detox. It is necessary to eliminate the toxins to be healthy. Eating raw guarntees that this will happen.

Hang in there give it a month and it will have probably corrected itself.
