"What do I tackle first?"

You start with cleaning out the colon so you can begin taking every thing out. I actually would not be against doing Dr.Sutters program at all, in fact I highly recommend his paradigm for the entire duration(minus the apple juice). I also like MH's herbs it helped big time. Kill the bugs flush the liver, solid advise as far as I'm concerned and it helped me big time a few months back.

"You know I was perfectly healthy a few months ago. What the hell happened?"

Some people think they are perfectly healthy, end up at a bar with the people they like and suddenly they get a headache that takes their life away from them in the blink of an eye in front of so many people that care about them. We all say, "Oh this just happens in life." It's not true though, this happens because of the mistakes we make in setting up our inner and outer terrain. Bad health can be covered up for so long until it just explodes. Some people get warnings, some just suffer day in and day out with the same problems for decades and others just...loose their health in an instant. I lost my health after a party when I was 16, I drank a lot and began puking up yellow bile the next morning. To this day I'm still trying to get my health fully recovered. But when I actually look back I realize that I was never really that healthy my body just hadn't jumped off the cliff yet.

"How do know you have ascaris?"

Depends. Some times you display classic symptoms and some times they manifest in stranger ways. Ascaris can reveal them selves more during intense parasite cleanse and once you have hit them they tend to start squirming around. You also may notice strange stomach flutters that don't feel like their moving in the right direction. It's normal to feel food moving some times and a bit of stomach gurgling, but long drawn out dramatic squishy sounds moving both up and down is a good clue you maybe dealing with the bigger ones. Me and Wen got them outside the gut wall so they crawl around our vitals. Very disturbing thing to go through let me tell you that.

The worst part is knowing we're infected and knowing that we would have to go through over 10 doctors before we found one that would take us seriously, and even then trying to detect these things in the area their moving around in is not an easy task. They would have to poke holes in us, stick cameras in multiple spots and check every thing out carefully. Its easy to miss them when their sleeping. Odds are if the doctor believed us he/she would just skip all that and give us drugs to kill them which may or may not work.

"When you rife..do you wait for a herx?"

That confuses people a lot and it really depends on the organism you're frying up. You see Lyme spirochetes produce biotoxins which mess with a whole crap load of things in your body. When you kill them you release biotoxins thus part of the herxheimer reaction. It's different with different organisms. Some organisms attack your body and once you kill them you get immediate relief with no herxheimer what so ever.

"Do you have/had heavy metal toxicity?"

Yeah I got mercury, lead and copper poisoning the worst. My mercury problem is bad enough to cause severe emotional disturbances as well as severe enzyme production deficiency. With out enzymes at the moment I don't digest my food very well. To get this stuff checked out you need to get hair analysis done.
