lol I Rifed for a bunch of things actually. I'm impatient that way. It's interesting you mention the bowel connection I've noticed this too. Even stranger I've noticed days where I'm constipated the veins don't buldge it's like they get small and condensed. We'll figure it out, it just takes time and you got to have the mindset that tells your impatient side to be quiet. I try and remind my self that some people persecuted and jailed for embarking on missions of justice and truth would spend years in dark solitude. These things take time, only the weak and impatient are doomed to the fears of Babylon the terrible. Those that seek truth endlessly will find paradise. Those that give up will enjoy temporary rewards, but inevitable return to some form of suffering.
