My Veins

So these are the best shots I can get of my veins. They look a lot worse off camera.





They have been this way for around 5 years now but I assume they became distinguished when I began working out. I KNOW these are not a sign of health. And I know they get more clogged when I eat more fat. Now low fatters would immediately say, "SEE SEE FAT KILLS!" And my whole thing is...I know plenty of people who eat TONS of fat every day and have been doing so for decades now and they don't have a single vein that looks like mine do. Nor do they have the health problems like I do. Have you seen lead do this to veins before Newport?

It's weird with the ascorbic acid it's like my blood flow inward got better but outward they feel thick and calcified. Tweet
