Re: Pandemic bill allows health authorities to enter homes

 The State Government has been putting up a version of this bill every year since Katrina. It has yet to pass both the House and Senate.... But it has nothing to do with the Government forcing vaccinations on the people. It has to do with being ready for an emergency response to a catastophic outbreak, whether natural or terrorist biochemicals.NOT swine Flu.

Thanks for the additional information. But I thought the government, at least the Federal Government already had the power to initiate quarantines in such cases?
