Re: Pandemic bill allows health authorities to enter homes

I've read it. Many times. Just about every Governor, and certainly the President of the US has the power to declare a state of emergency and suspend rights - at best this bill quantifies it a bit more. You are only as safe as the people you elect and who are in power at the moment. Look at what Bush and Cheney did. They violated so many laws, and will never be prosecuted. As someone who lives in Massachusetts, I certainly won't lose sleep over this bill. Yet it seems like every curezoner in a different state is about to commit suicide over this.
