Let me fill you in on a little of the background of this bill. This bill, and it's intent, has been greatly misread by all of the "conspiracy theorists" out on the WWW. It started out as a youtube video,,,,then someone wrote an article on it..... and this has been copied and pasted to every Conspiracy site on the web. It is pretty amazing. Google pandemic 2028 and you will see the exact same article posted on a thousand sites, including Ron Pauls.

I live in Massachusetts. One of the guys who sponsored it is my State Rep. It looks very draconian....... but that ain't the whole story. Two of the planes involved in 911 originated from Boston. Obviously major security lapses. We watched up here as Katrina unfolded and it became clear that many people died because of Government incompetance and finger pointing. Who was in control and could step in and help these people???

The State Government has been putting up a version of this bill every year since Katrina. It has yet to pass both the House and Senate.... But it has nothing to do with the Government forcing vaccinations on the people. It has to do with being ready for an emergency response to a catastophic outbreak, whether natural or terrorist biochemicals.NOT swine Flu. People here read WAYYYYY too much into this. But that is curezone. Everyone likes a good conspiracy. It ain't what people are making it out to be......
