yes mam, i have had a numerous ammount of gastrointestinal issues. I was also diagnosed with Irritable bowel syndrome. I know now that is was the mirena iud causing all of my gi symptoms. I had bloating, indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, severe abdominal pain, and many more. I am so sorry you had to be one of the many sufferers because of the iud.
