Sorry to say I wasn't being very scientific about my C0Q10 use. It was at a time when I started lots of other natural remedies, procedures, cleanses, etc. as well (including oil pulling).
I can tell you it was gradual, but after a couple of years my gums were again covering the bottoms of my teeth. I remember taking 150 mgs of Q10 at a time several times a day, but I probably would have been just as well off with 30 mgs of the more absorbable ubiquinol.
COQ10 is great for your heart health and cardiovascular system as well. No surprise since there's an amazingly direct link proven between cardiovascular and oral health.
